Hi, whenever I open a previously entered Task to edit it (I use Tasks for case information for work) the start date changes to the date that I open the task (ie 3/24) as opposed to the date that the task was originally created. This did not happen in previous versions. Since I use the start date as an aging factor for the work contained in the task, it updating the each task I open to edit to the current date is not helpful. Is there any way to change the settings so that the start date remains the date that the task was originally created?
any help would be appreciated since my only alternative is to include the start date in the description of my task which seems unnecessarily repetitive if not necessary.
Thanks,
Tammy
