electronic post marks

Help, I went to a website - www.authentidate.com - and
viewed a demo on how to (in MS Word) attach a U S Postal
Service, electronic postmark on a document. The tool bar
in the demo has a usps icon (blue eagle) that would open
up the postmark window. I have Word 2002- no blue eagle
on my tool bar. Can anyone tell me how to acquire this
option? Thank you, Tom N.

You have to download and install some software from their site to get
the USPS toolbar. See
