Since XP's & Office 2000 debuts Someone has create a option to eliminate the
"Restore Down" function and to get it back requires a reinstall. This is a
PITA (Pain In The _ _ _) and needs to stopped. If someone doesn't like the
"Restore Down" function then let them select that option specifically don't
make it a default. Defeating "Restore Down" is especially annoying on
multiple monitor PCs since you cannot spread apps out between the two or
three screens. They end up locked Maximized on Screen 1 or Minimized on the
Task Bar.
