I want to eliminate, or at least move, the reply all button in
entourage email window. got a method for me?
I know of no way to modify the Entourage toolbar in the latest version.
It may be that toolbar customization is planned for the upcoming Office
2008 release:

If you don't see anything promising on that web page, I would choose
Help > Send Feedback on Entourage from the Entourage menu bar and send
Microsoft a suggestion about it!
