Email address disappears!

[Outlook 2003]

When I reply to emails from someone who is not in my address book.
the senders email address is not put into the To box of the reply, just
the senders name, so I cannot reply to them!

This is really annoying! How can I fix it?
I'd gone back to Outlook Express if it had a better spam filter...

Whatever is displayed in the To field when you reply is what _their_ mailer
told _your_ mailer to use. Typically, it is a real address, but the address
itself is hidden and you see a "personal name". For example, if I were to
write to you, you'd see the message as from "Brian Tillman", with my address
undisplayed (but it's there).

Do you get an error when you try to reply?

The problem is that for *some* people the address is there (in the form
[email protected]), while for others there is no address, just their
name.
For example, my gf has 2 email accounts, one of them is in my address book,
and when she uses that one, I can reply. When she uses the other one, and I
try to reply, a "Check Names" dialog box with '(No Suggestions)' come up.
With Outlook Express I can reply to both adresses.
