Email address does not appear in the to: box when replying to amail

When I try to reply to an email the senders address does not appear in the
to: box automatically, I have to add it manually.

I am running 2 IMAP accounts, 1 works OK but the other has this problem.

Any ideas, is it a setting I could have changed?? It was OK but now is not.

If you open the e-mail that you wish to reply to and go to the View menu and
choose Internet Headers, do you see more than one e-mail listed in the From:
header? Is there a Sender: header?

In the replied e-mail, is there nothing at all in the To: address?

If you have multiple From: addresses, Entourage doesn't quite like it.
