Email assignments without project server?

I have recently upgraded from Project 2000 to Project 2003 Professional (I
don't have Project Server or Project Web Access).

I used to be able to email assignmets to my resources which created a task
for them in Outlook and allowed me to request updates, and automatically
update my project plan.

I can't seem to find the same option in Professional 2003. Have Microsoft
removed it?
