Anyone know of an alternate way to set up an email auto responder that
only hits email addresses the first time a message is sent to me
rather than every time? I've spoken with our provider and their
default system responds to each email separately. They said we can set
it up ourselves to a first response system if we know how -- otherwise
we're pretty much banned from using the feature -- it annoys everyone
so much.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
