Email automatic deletion

For some reason I have been getting an email from a macromedia forum.
A new one comes in about every five minutes. I've called the company,
and they are looking into it. but I was wondering if there was a way I
could have Entourage automatically delete the message when it comes
in. Any ideas, please let me know.

You can set up a Rule using the "From" criteria
or "Subject" criteria, and direct the e-mail that meets
the criteria to the trash.
