Email distribution list from Contact Catagory

Does anyone know how to create an email distribution list
in outlook from the Contact folder selecting by catagory?

If you have already gone to the trouble of creating Categories, why do you
need a DL?
It is easier and more reliable just to send a message to all members of the
category by using the Category view of your Contacts Folder, selecting the
Category Header > Actions > New Message to Contact.
