Email: Forwarding results in hosed up HTML rendering

I have an annoying issue with HTML-formatted emails that I don't think is
normal.

When I forward an email that contains a bunch of HTML and graphics, the new,
forward message window is stripped of all the formatting and graphics. It's
almost un-sendable because it looks terrible and the message is buried in a
bunch of HTML code.

I'd include a screen shot, but these message boards prohibit it.

I know it can't be normal. Any clues how to fix it? I'm simply clicking on
the Forward link, and it brings up a new window, the content of which is a
mess.

Could this be related to the same "right justify" problem that many people
here have noted (including me)?

Thank you.

Go to Message > Forward as Attachment to make sure that these e-mail
messages are formatted properly so that they can be read properly on the
receiving end.

This is related to the HTML rendering issues listed at
http://www.weatherradio.info/Entourage/ . I notice this all the time also
and will add information to that site. I'm advising anyone who experiences
the right-justify problem and any HTML rendering issues to contact Microsoft
and send the link to the above site.

The reason for this is that Entourage doesn't support complex HTML in the
mail composition window. This affects replies, forwards, and new messages.
Since it's been an issue with the Microsoft Mac mail software from the
beginning, I am guessing that it is intentional.
