I have nearly got it aad then got another error
i have set up a button to send a confirmation email to participants on a
course.
this works fine. i then thought i would take this one step further and
send the same email to their managers. this is where my problem starts. i
will not have their managers address sometimes but then the email will not
send because the Code is requesting an email adress for cc and bccc the code
is;-
DoCmd.SendObject _
acSendQuery, "Email_query", acFormatTXT, _
[EmailName], _
[PDN_Email], _
[Managers_Email], _
now obviously their is something that tells it to ignore if blank but i am
new to VBA and do not know
