Email "from" incorrect

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: pop

Every since my last Office Update, my inbox shows the wrong "from" name for emails that come from certain corporate email addresses. It doesn't seem to recognize the text in the from field or "reply to" field, rather it displays the text in the return path or something like that. How can I rectify this situation?

This is a new "feature" beginning with SP1 in Entourage 2008.

What you're seeing is strictly appearance and names are not actually
getting changed when you send messages.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature
changed in future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism
