Email going to Wrong Entourage User Identity

In our household, my wife and I have separate Entourage User IDs on the
same Mac. Since I upgradede to Office 2004, she often receives mail
that is addressed to me, though I never receive mail that is addressed
to her. There must be a simple fix for this, but I have been unable to
find it. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Mail cannot be received by an identity in Entourage unless that
identity is actively checking for and downloading mail from that
account. Her Entourage identity most likely has an account set up with
your server address and username/password in it. Check all her accounts
to find it and delete that account or, at the very least, uncheck the
"Include in Send and Receive All" box so it is not checked
automatically every time she does a send and receive all command.
