Email group not working

In ENT 4.0, MAC OSX, 10.4.9, I created an email group to send an email
to, when I hit send I got an error that reads:

ERROR

message to verify that they are valid."

EXPLANATION

Mail could not be sent.

Account name: "[email protected]" (this is the email
account the message is being sent from)

ERROR: - 17099

Any ideas on why it wont send?
