I enabled the "Message Box", sound, and pointer change options using the
standard, tools/options-E-mail Options procedure recommended in the Office XP
manual. However, none of these notification methods are working. I have to
check for mail "manually", i.e., minimize whatever I'm working on, open
OUTLOOK, and click on my e-mail provider. I have only the one account, so
there isn't any chance of a software conflict between servers. Does anyone
have an idea what is causing this problem?
