When sending an email there are times I would like to be more anonymous, but my FULL NAME still APPEARS in the email - no matter how I set up the account - next to the email address I'm using (see example below). Is my full name being pulled from the Mac Office registration information? It appears to be...and I want/ need to turn it off or disable it. Do I need to uninstall/reinstall Office and register it differently so that this personal information doesn't follow every email I send? I thought it would use the Name: field information under Personal Information when setting up the account but it doesn't. Thank you!

Example:
I send an email from my [email protected] account named ebiz100 in the Name: field under Personal Information. However when the email arrives it says...From: John G. Nygaard <[email protected]>. FYI...I used "John G. Nygaard" when registering the Office install on my Mac and this is the only place within Entourage that I can find where my full name is used (ie, the reg info under About Entourage) so is it pulling it from there since it uses the same full name regardless of any email account I create within Entourage. Thank you!!
