Email keep sending

Hi all,

I've been using Entourage for 2 years at work (our limit being 5mb). I sent a file (7mb) the other day and it crashed my works server, due to Entourage repeatedly sending the file and clogging up the Server, does anyone know how to get around this. I've tried using other email clients but they don't seem to work.

I've Entourage Version 2004, 11.0.0

any help would be great

First of all, you will need to update Entourage; 11.0.0 means that it has
never been updated. Maybe the update will fix the problem, but the chances
are quite low. Is the message still somewhere in one of your folders, such
as the outbox? Is the message still being sent whenever you open the
application?

If we can't find a solution, it looks like you will have to perform a
rebuild of your database. To do that, hold down the Option (alt) key while
starting Entourage and follow the onscreen instructions. Note that in
Entourage 2004, you will lose any categories or links when rebuilding your
database.
