Hi,
I just did an upgrade from Outlook 2000 to 2003 and have the dreaded "This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer..."
I have tried the fix in Internet Explorer. When I restart IE it does not
check to see if it is the default browser. I have IE 6 on my computer.
I was going to then do the regedit fix, as described in the Microsoft
bulletin that is always posted to refer to for this problem, but you are
supposed to copy the
registry key from another computer and I don't have access to one. Can this
be sent to me by someone?
This is driving me nuts and I just want to get it fixed.
Any help is appreciated!
