Often, when Entourage is downloading new messages from the server, it
loses all the emails and begins to rebuild the complete email message
list anew. It loses all the groupings by date and whether I have
replied to the message. All emails are indicated as not read. Is this
an Entourage quirk or my server acting weirdly. I am on Time Warner
Roadrunner.
Is there a way to prevent this in my settings?
