We have a form that my dept fills out & emails back to another dept for processin
When i finish completing the form i hit the email button on the toolbar & it opens an email window w/ the form in the body of the email but when i hit send it just sits there
i have to unlock the form to actually send the email using the toolbar butto
i prefer the email button because when i print the email from my sent msgs folder i have a hard copy of the info i sent for processing along w/ the email header w/ the date-time stamp as well - all on one pag
if i email the form w/o unlocking it sends it as an attachment, so when i print i have two pages, one w/ email header only & the attachement (form) w/ the info sent on a seperate piece of paper - wasting paper
is there some way to use the email button w/o unlocking the form everytime
