email marked as spam

I was asked to fix a friends computer who gets the word
[SPAM] with all the messages he receives.. I turned off
all the filters but it didn't stop.. Is there another
anti-spam program working with his outlook?

Sounds like it - Outlook doesn't do this natively, AFAIK (although I haven't
played much with 2003 yet)
