email names

I am receiving emails from ebay but they are picking up the email name of a friend (also an ebay user) that I have in my address book.
To clarify, for instance if I receive a message from an ebay member
.... call him e.g. (e-mail address removed) BUT instead my friends email name comes up - only from ebay though?? As I deal with
ebay quite a lot this is a frustrating problem. My computer engineer is
unavailable at the moment, so any help would be great please....?

Do you have the same e-mail address stored in your friend's contact card? If
yes, then Entourage automatically picks up the address and links it to this
contact.
