Email no longer stays on exchange server, now goes to local folder

Hello all,

This one has been driving me crazy. I can not figure out a way to fix it.
I have a Mac user that used to receive all of her email to her inbox, under
the exchange server. As of last Friday, almost all email now goes to her
local folder, inbox. I can not find any setting to set it to go back to the
server. I hvae tried uninstalling office and reinstalling, and that did not
help.

Any suggestions for this would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

When you reinstalled, did you re-use the same identity database? If so, does
starting with a new, fresh identity change the situation?

Ok, I removed Office 2k4, emptied the trash, and then removed all the
settings. FINALLY, entourage started downloading to the right box. It would
have been nice to figure out what exactly went wrong, and tweaked it back,
instead of using the shotgun method. :)
