email is not sending I keep getting error the emails stay on outbox but do not go through

We need to know what version of Entourage you are using including any
updates.

What type of account? (POP, IMAP, Exchange)

Often one message can be blocking others in the outbox. Something just
opening the message and clicking on send will work. If that doesn't work,
copy the message into a new message and it might send. Entourage 2008 is
better about sending other messages if one is corrupt.
