Email notification from form entry

I've created a form that asks for the visitors name, address, etc. The data
goes into an Access .mdb file, and works fine.
Can I receive this data as an email also?
The Form Properties dialog box gives me an either/or for storing the form
results: "Send to email" or "Send to database"
