Email Notification - System Tray

We are using Outlook 2000 in Windows XP. An envelope used to display in the
system tray when new mail came in and it no longer does. Some of our staff
rely on seeing this envelope. I have found how to change this in Outlook
2002, but not in Outlook 2000.

Your help would be appreciated.
