Email Notification

I know there is a setting like this and just can`t find
it.I have a VB program that sends mail to customers and
just installed a new PC when sending mail in this program
it says another program is tryin to send email using MS
Outlook and you have to say yes all the time.Now where
can I switch this Off.

Please can Somebody Help me!!As Microsoft Technical
Support can`t sovle it as they don`t know there own
programs

You can't switch this off. It's cause by your program not conforming to
Microsoft's security model. See
