Hello, one of our users' email goes straight into the Deleted Items
folder instead of their Inbox. This seemed to occur after they
inadvertedly changed Junk email settings when pulling a bonafide email
out of the Junk email box. I have checked various settings including
Rules and cannot find how to switch it back. Email flows correctly into
Webmail. I have tried updating to 11.3.3 (was previously 11) but it
made no difference. Can anyone help?
