Email now directed to Deleted Items!

Hello, one of our users' email goes straight into the Deleted Items
folder instead of their Inbox. This seemed to occur after they
inadvertedly changed Junk email settings when pulling a bonafide email
out of the Junk email box. I have checked various settings including
Rules and cannot find how to switch it back. Email flows correctly into
Webmail. I have tried updating to 11.3.3 (was previously 11) but it
made no difference. Can anyone help?

Try the Mailing List Manager, which can be found in the Tools menu. When you
mark a message as "not junk", you are given several options, and one of them
enables the MLM feature, which can cause the type of behaviour your user is
experiencing. See if there are any rules in there and delete them.
