Email out Entourage Calendar

Is there an easy way to email out an Entourage Calendar? I have tried the
following:

1) Export Calendar to HTML.
2) Attach Calendar to Email.

The only problem is that the calendar should be embedded in the email, not
an attachment.

Am I missing something (I hope!)?

The Entourage calendar in HTML format is much too complex to embed in an
email. It contains multiple pages with frames, etc.

Do you want people to just view your calendar, or actually edit it? If the
former, your best bet - IMO - is to export it as HTML, post it on a web
server (or file server), and then email your contacts the link.

If the latter, you should look into calendaring via Exchange or using some
other group calendaring tool. I don't know a lot about your options here,
nor how well Entourage will support that.

I saw the following free application on MacUpdate, and I thought I should
post a reference here: it's called Entourage Events2Web, and judging from
the screenshots, the HTML calendar looks like a simple table, which should
not be too complex for an HTML email. Use the application to create a simple
HTML file, then use Paul Berkowitz's free AppleScript Send Complex HTML to
email the HTML file as such. I can't guarantee that it's going to work, but
it should be worth a try.
