Email Problem

Hi !!!

My one of the client using Microsoft Outlook 2000 having problem with some
of the
mails. When he receives the mails , he receives only some of the body text
from
sender.
eg. 1. x send mail to y, y sees properly body of the text which came from x
2. y replies to x with addition text to the original text & sends, but
x receives
mail with only what he sent earlier. he will not see what y added text.

If i see in message header details, what ever y added text it appers in x
recived
mail,but it will not appear in body text.

Pl. help anybody to resolve it.
