Email Problems (Yahoo cut me off)

P

Pete

Greetings!

I was a DSL subscriber through yahoo for a couple of years. I was able
to set up Entourage so that it could pull my emails from my yahoo
account and so that I could send them from Entourage as well. I just
changed my ISP and I can't get my yahoo email from Entourage any more.
It keeps asking me to log in to my yahoo account from Entourage, but
this doesn't work. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Also, I am a student and I can receive email from my university account
when I am off campus, but I can't send through Entourage from this
account. I can only send through Entourage when I am on campus. Any
thoughts on this as well?

Thanks!

If you are no longer a paying subscriber of Yahoo! DSL, then you don't get
to (legitimately) access Yahoo! email in Entourage. You could pay to
continue this option - see

Generally you should use the outgoing SMTP server belonging to the provider
with which you are connected to the Internet. If you are with family or a
friend or whatever, ask them what settings they use to send email.

Alternately, you can check to see if your University account has an
authenticated option for when you are not on campus.
