Email Read encode problem

Hi,

I have just switched from OE to Outlook 2000. At OE when I received a
wrongly encoded to English's plain text email with Chinese Characters, I can
choose View -> encode -> Traditional Chinese to read it. However, In
Outlook, I found this option disabled (grey). I can only choose encoding
when I compose a new mail.

Any solution to this problem? Thanks very much!
