Email results from form doesnt work

OK,
I havent been using Frontpage for too long.. FP 2002.. But
this should be a simple one... I make a form... Set it to
save results in the "_private/whatever.htm" and put in an
email address - the sites address - to email the results to.
It DOES save them to the html file on the site but it will
not send them to the email address........ The form that
works is here http://www.webtekstudios.com/form.htm
The one that doesnt is here
http://www.webtekstudios.com/TestForm.htm

I read a post someplace that was saying you cannot send
them to both..... but why would the option be in Frontpage???
OK...... If someone could tell me what the prob is I'd love
it! HTML looks fine.... but...........
If you could post a reply and also email me..
(e-mail address removed)

Thank you

Soooo.,
Is the e-mail address in the form one that is active
and related to your domain??
the e-mail created by the form has to be sent
to an account on your server / within your domain.

i.e. If your site name is www.yourweb.com the e-mail
address has to be: (e-mail address removed)

Since your site is hosted on Apache server running UNIX.
I would be pretty much willing to bet form mail isn't enabled.

You form script looks correct to me. !!

I have sites hosted on Apache/UNIX with form results
e-mailed and they work great.!!!
