A dialogue box appears every 5 minutes when my run schedule occurs

"error description" which says
"ERROR: Unexpected data was encountered
EXPLANATION: Mail could not be sent
ERROR: -17997
Cannot find a solution

See if there is an appointment or an appointment response stuck in your
outbox. If so, the problem is probably related to the recent update and is
well documented in this forum - search for topics about sending appointments
with Exchange servers.
