Email addresses in your address book should not be marked as junk. The one
exception is email coming from addresses of the 'Me' contact (a special
contact that entourage knows is you). Mail arriving to you from you is
highly suspicious and gets a good few points on the spam scale - these often
will be caught by the JMF (putting the same address in the 'to' field and
the 'from' field is a common trick of spambots).

There is a trick to avoid this...

In your account settings, create a special header called 'x-verify', then
put some text into the data filed, such that the header gets inserted into
messages you mail out something like this:
x-verify: my dog is called Bouncer

Then, set up a mail rule to look for all mail from your address without the
x-verify header, and mark it junk.
Set up a second rule to look for all mail from your address where the
x-verify header contains "my dog is called bouncer" and mark it not junk.

Put these two rules above all other rules in the list of rules and make sure
the second one is set to allow other rules to operate as well.

Now, all the messages you _really_ sent yourself will be identified by the
'x-verify' header. All other messages purpoting to be from you will be
marked as junk.
