We recently migrated our Exchange 5.5 environment to Exchange 2000 (new hardware) and now all of the OUTLOOK 2000 clients seem to run slow when switching between items within OUTLOOK 2000. For example, if a user is in inbox and then switches to calendar, there is a latency delay for about 3-9 secs (for each different folder). We are using WIN2k server with Exch 2000 Enterprise server and all clients are using Outlook 2000. We are not using Instant Messaging with the Exch 2000 server. Do I have to uninstall the Instant messaging module from Exch 2000 Enterprise or is it required even though our clients do not use it. Thanks
