When syncing every 9 minutes the program resends the same messages so I
wind up with multiple copies of the same message...Any suggestions?
You need to provide more details of your problem.
What type of account does this (POP/SMTP, IMAP, Exchange)?
Who is your E-mail service provider?
Have you selected any options to leave mail on your server for any
length of time or is it set to download and delete from the server?
