Email synchronisation

Hi all,

I have a user who uses entourage on his mac to connect to the exchange
server. Every time it synchronises, it seems as if it is storing the mailbox
again as it grows in size by the same amount everytime. This causes him mail
to be really slow and he cannot use his entourage while the synchronisation
is happening. I have rebuilt his account on the exchange server to see if
this will alleviate the problem. I have had a Mac specialist in to see if he
can solve the problem and he has tried recreating the profile on the Mac (at
least I think that is what he tried)! Does anybody else have any other ideas?

I would certainly appreciate a solution to this very same problem I also
have with my work Exchange account. No one in the IT Dep't. has yet to
figure it out...
