Kibbles and Bits
I have a template I designed where I took out the subject line and replaced
it with 3 different titles:
Customer Name: Cust. No.: ORD No.:
I was hoping to tab through the necessary subject matter which would cut
down on time. It looks great but, it doesn't show up when sent to my in-box,
prior to my opening it. It's just blank. Once you open it you see it, but
not before. I want to know if there is a way to make it appear in everyones
e-mail in-box when they first receive it. Thank you.
