EMAIL TRAIL FONT CHANGES SIZE

AS EMAILS GO BACK AND FORTH AND THE PRIOR EMAILS REMAIN INTHE TRAIL, THE CURRENT ONE IS FINE BUT THE OLDER ONES KEEP DECREASING IN SIZE UNTIL THEY ARE UNREADABLE. FOLKS ARE SAYING IT IS MY COMPUTER, BUT I SEE NO SETTINGS THAT CONTROL THIS. DOES ANYONE HAVE IDEAS???

All caps are considered as shouting in most groups.
Please, please, please, don't write in all caps.

Try updating Office 2004 all the way. I suspect this is an old bug that
has been fixed in a subsequent update.

Sorry about the caps. It was a mistake and I was half asleep. I will try your fix. Thanks.

I have auto update and looked at the log, and I have 16 updates ranging from 11.2.5 to 11.5.2. I may be missing your point but are these not "full" updates??

There are Office updates through 11.5.3, although I'm not sure it affected
Entourage (they certainly didn't change its version number).

If you want to try, you can go to MS's web site and download the latest
updater:
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.mspx
although the site indicates only that it affects Excel.
