emailing digital photos

i am using iphoto in conjunction with entourage and am told by
recipients that the time to download the photos is exorbitant. how can
i reduce the file size of the photo to lessen the time of download?

I hope you are using the email button in iPhoto rather than exporting a
file then attaching it to your email. Barry Wainwright's suggestion was
on the mark. Just use the Entourage 'Medium' size and it does a great
job of reducing the size for you.
