Emailing powerpoint presentations with music

How come after emailing a presentation with pictures and music, some people
can hear the music and some people cant? thanks!

Try creating a new folder and move the ppt and music into the folder.
Now, open ppt and reinsert the music to create a pathless link.
Then, save your presentation.
Zip the FOLDER using WinZip (www.winzip.com).
Email the zip file.
When they receive the file, they must extract the folder out before opening
the presentation (Right clicking on the zip file will display "Extract All"
or "Extract Files..."). See if it works this time round.

If some are hearing it, then you obviously put to together correctly. What
you say suggests two possible problems. They may not have the required
codec on their machine to play the file, or they have moved it to a folder
where the path to the file exceeds 128 characters and a known bug prevents
it from playing. (The desktop is notorious for this.)

To correct the first problem, convert the file to a more standard format.
(www.pfcmedia.com to do this automatically). In the second problem have
them move everything to something like C:\test
