Emailing scanned documents -

Email with scanned attachment failed to reach recipient - mess said
Attachment too large for current system limits. How do I reset current
system limits. Or is there something else I was doing incorrectly. Please
advise.

Outlook does not impose these limits. Your mail server would.

It could be something in your end or on the recipient's end. You
currently must have a limit on your mailbox size or the recipient has
limit. When you scanned in the doccument did you save it as a .BMP file
That file type is a very large file try scanning it as a .jpg file an
attach it. This should solve your problem.
