Emails deleted permanently - solution?

Hello, any help in this small but annoying problem would be
appreciated. Whenever I delete an email in Entourage, it deletes
permanently (doesn't go to a "deleted items" or "recycle bin" folder
first). I am unable to find a preference for changing this. I am
using Entourage X and has 2 email accounts managed within 1
identity, both Pop 3 accounts.

Is it possible you have "unread only" or "flagged only" for the Deleted
items folder?

There is no setting to permanently delete.
