Emails detected as containing Spamheader

May I know what is the reason emails send thru MS Outlook
Basic Edition 2003 is detected as containing Spamheader
by Declude JunkMail ? How to fix this problem ?

Outlook 2003 isn't including the "Message-ID" header but relying on the SMTP
server to add it. Aparently your server is not, and so Declude is stating
the message is junk. Declude is being a little too aggressive.
