Check the Mailing List Manager in the Tools menu. It's very easy to create a
mailing list rule (mark a message identified by Entourage as junk as "not
junk", then make the wrong choice in the dialogue that pops up ;-) ). If
there is a mailing list rule, disable or delete it, and your mail should go
to where it really belongs.

There are no Mailing List Rules either.

Strange. In that case, you might be dealing with the early symptoms of
database corruption. Quit Entourage, then hold down the Option (alt)-key and
relaunch it. The Database Utility will open, and you can then rebuild your
database. See if this solves the problem.

Note that rebuilding a database has a downside, it gets rid of metadata such
as links and categories.

When you say links, I assume you mean weblinks?
This won't be a problem...I was just wondering. Thanks!

No, it's links you create between messages and other data in Entourage.
