Emails not automatically going to Project.

When I receive an email it should automatically be associated with a
project if the From email address corresponds with the email for the
contact in Project, but it's not, any ideas?

Hi Richard!

Are you setting the project for the message via a rule? If so, I suspect
you may have an earlier rule (higher in the rule list) that is acting on
the message and it has the option "Do not apply other rules to messages
that meet these criteria".

Or you may have created a POP rule and need to create an IMAP rule instead.

Is there a way to get the "TO" messages from an email address entered into a project to show in the Project Mail?
