Emails print with small text and others

I've got a strange problem. We've just replaced our printer with a new
Epson C84 printer. Now every email that we print out is about 8 point
type when printed. I've tried increasing the size of the text in the
email message, but every time it prints about 8 point. Can't figure it
out. Has anyone else seen anything like this?
Another odd one is when you put a new contact in your address book and
add a work fax number to their account, as soon as you save and exit,
it becomes a mobile phone number, You have to go back in and manually
change it to a work fax designation again and then save again. very
annoying.

Entourage/General Preferences/Fonts/Printed Items.

Increase the size. The size onscreen is irrelevant.

That sounds like corrupt preferences. It works fine for me. What version of
Entourage do you have? If you've applied the updaters and are in 10.1.4, and
still seeing this, you'd better trash your preferences.

/Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Entourage Preferences
/Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/
com.microsoft.Entourage.prefs.plist

(if you see the second one)

and

/Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Entourage.plist


Quit, remove those, and relaunch.
