Emails - widths (Outlook 2003)

Hello,

I have noticed that when typing text in an email it will wrap to
however wide the window is.

When I receive emails from other people the text is wrapped at a
certain width, no matter how wide I make my window. I have also notice
that if i reply to these emails my text wraps to their width.

Is their a way to set outlook to set a default width for new emails so
that no matter how wide my window the text will wrap?
